 Abstract
An analysis data generated in interviews with undergraduate student-teachers majoring in music performance is proposed. The purpose of this analysis is to explore the relationship between the interviewees' conceptions of learning and the constraints and affordances that the teacher education program they are pursuing at university is presenting them with. The analysis employs the conceptual tools of the cultural historical activity theory (CHAT). Vīgostky's ideas on art and psychology are also employed in the analysis that attempts exploring possible implications for reframing teacher education.  Rezumat
Este propusă o analiză a datelor generate īn cāteva interviuri cu studenţi ai unui program de pregătire a cadrelor didactice cu specializarea īn interpretare muzicală. Scopul acestei analize este de a explora relaţia īntre concepţiile studenţilor despre īnvăţare şi constrāngerile/ dimensiunile facilitatoare din programul de formare a cadrelor didactice pe care īl urmează la universitate. Īn acest exerciţiu analitic sunt implicate intrumentele teoriei cultural istorice a activităţii (CHAT). Ideile lui Vīgotski despre artă şi psihologie sunt de asemenea considerate īn această analiză pentru a putea explora posibilele implicaţii īn privinţa (re)configurării programelor de formare a formatorilor. Acest studiu a fost sprijinit de CNCSIS-UEFISCSU, proiect numărul PNII-RU 21/2010.
